Coaching Consent & Disclaimer

By enrolling in coaching with Kendall Autism Support & Consulting, LLC (“KASC”) and Tanyika Butler (“Coach”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Nature of Services

    • Coaching and consulting services are designed to provide systems, strategies, and support to help parents of autistic children strengthen advocacy, home routines, communication, and school collaboration.

    • These services are not medical advice, therapy, legal counsel, or a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or education services.

  2. Role of the Coach

    • The Coach will serve as a strategic partner, guiding you with proven frameworks, customized tools, and practical applications.

    • You remain the decision-maker for all actions regarding your child’s care, education, and well-being.

  3. Confidentiality

    • All personal information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

    • Group sessions may involve shared discussion; you agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

  4. Commitment & Participation

    • Coaching is most effective when you are fully engaged, responsive, and committed to implementing systems and strategies.

    • Results vary based on your participation, consistency, and application of tools provided.

  5. Payment & Refunds

    • Coaching fees are considered an investment in your family’s systems and advocacy skills.

    • All payments are non-refundable, though rescheduling of sessions is permitted with notice as outlined in your agreement.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • KASC and the Coach are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes resulting from the application (or non-application) of strategies discussed.

    • You accept full responsibility for the choices you make during and after the coaching engagement.
