THE COST OF CARRYING IT WELL
In 2009, I was named Middle School Counselor of the Year —
and diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the same season.
By 2013, I was leading initiatives, mentoring teams, and fighting for my autistic daughter’s educational rights — all while privately unraveling.
I was respected. Polished. Driven.
And privately… depleted.
That December, two pills and five days in the hospital became my turning point.
Not because I was weak — but because my body had grown tired of my performance.
By 2014, I had another award — The Radiance Award — celebrating my leadership and light.
But the truth?
I was glowing in public while gasping in private.
I knew how to perform strength.
But I hadn’t yet learned how to stabilize peace.
That moment became the blueprint for what I now teach —
how to build internal systems of calm and clarity that sustain high performance.
It’s what I call J.O.Y. — Just Organize You™.
Because true stability isn’t accidental — it’s architected.
Now, through The Calibration Room™ and The Anchor Circle™,
I guide accomplished women who are tired of managing exhaustion in silence
to move from performing strength to anchoring stability —
so their power no longer costs them their peace.

“I don’t teach rest. I teach recalibration.
Because strong women don’t need rescue, they need rhythm.”
THE CALIBRATION ROOM™ PHILOSOPHY
Every powerful woman reaches a moment where performing strength stops working.
When titles and accomplishments no longer quiet the noise inside.
When the mask of “I’ve got it all together” starts to suffocate.
That moment doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means you’re ready to recalibrate.
The Calibration Room™ isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about refining you.
It’s a strategic space for high-achieving women to pause, assess, and fine-tune the internal systems that sustain their excellence — without burning out.
Here, we don’t chase balance.
We build stability through rhythm, awareness, and anchored systems that protect your peace in every season.
Because recalibration is leadership.
THE CALIBRATION ROOM™...Learn MoreTHE ANCHOR CIRCLE™
When the applause fades and the calendar clears, what anchors you?
That’s the question behind The Anchor Circle™ — a six-week, boutique community for high-achieving women who have mastered strength but are now mastering stillness.
It’s where you stop managing exhaustion alone and start living in alignment.
Where high-capacity women come together to design systems that restore their rhythm, elevate their joy, and protect their peace — without apology.
This isn’t a group.
It’s a community of calibration.
Applications for the next cohort are open.
Because your peace deserves a strategy.

Nice to Meet You — I’m Tanyika
I’m Tanyika Mayhew Butler wife of 27 years to my college sweetheart, Richard, and mom of two incredible young adults, Julian (25) and Kendall (24).
I’m also a Disruptor of Survival Mode™ — Author, Speaker, and Resilience Architect.
For years, I wore strength like a badge of honor.
I led teams. I mentored others. I showed up polished, poised, and perfectly composed.
But behind every award, every title, and every smile was a woman performing strength while quietly unraveling.
I wasn’t broken I was burdened.
And that burden nearly cost me everything.
In 2009, I was named Middle School Counselor of the Year and diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis the same year.
By 2013, I was leading at the highest levels while fighting the hardest battle of my life advocating for my autistic daughter, Kendall, by day and supporting students as a school counselor by afternoon.
That’s when I learned: Achievement doesn’t protect you from exhaustion.
When my body forced me to stop, I finally started building what I needed systems of stability that make peace sustainable.
That work became my life’s mission.
Because the truth is I’m not just a coach or consultant.
I’m a woman who’s been where you are: capable, committed, and completely depleted.
And I created The Anchor Circle™ for women like us the ones who’ve mastered survival, but are finally ready to master stability.
So, welcome.
You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
You’re safe to rest here.
