Â
Â
If you’re still thinking about work, caregiving, and tomorrow’s responsibilities long after the house gets quiet, this playbook shows you how to reset your mind and reclaim your evening.
Â
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Inside this playbook you’ll learn how to:
âś” Stop carrying the entire day into your evening
âś” Interrupt end-of-day overthinking
âś” Create a simple nightly reset rhythm
âś” Release pressure that builds throughout the day
âś” Build small stability anchors that help you reset quickly
Even 10% more mental relief can change how tomorrow begins.
Testimonial : “Six figures, no kids—but still silently suffocating from leadership”
“I wasn’t staying up at night worrying about bills. My career was solid, and I looked like I had it all together. But inside? I was unraveling. No one talks about what it’s like to be the dependable one, the successful one and still feel like you’re losing yourself. Second Wind didn’t just tell me to rest. It taught me how to interrupt the pattern and breathe without guilt. This is the reset I didn’t know I needed. First the 7 Days, then the full playbook.Â

THE PROBLEM
You handled everything today.
Work.
Family.
Responsibilities.
Decisions.
But when the day is finally over…
your brain keeps going.
You replay conversations.
You think about tomorrow.
You carry everything into the night.
And instead of resting, you stay mentally “on.”
This isn’t weakness.
It’s what happens when capable people never create a structured reset for themselves.
THE SOLUTION
The Stability Starter Playbook™
A simple system to help you release the day and stabilize your mind before bed.
Not motivation.
Not another productivity system.
Just a clear way to transition from performing all day to protecting your peace at night.

The Cost of Carrying It Well
I was named Middle School Counselor of the Year in 2009 —
the same year I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
By 2013, I was leading teams, presenting at conferences, and fighting for my autistic daughter’s rights — all while silently falling apart inside.
That December, I landed in the hospital for five days after taking two pills I thought were harmless. My body had reached its limit. I had been performing strength for so long, I didn’t realize how deeply I was depleted.
The next year, in 2014, I won another award — the Radiance Award — for being the counselor who “shines the brightest.”
And still… I was suffocating under the weight of performance.
Because I knew how to perform strength.
But I didn’t know how to protect peace.
That hospital stay became my wake-up call.
I realized that rest isn’t weakness — it’s wisdom.
That pause became the birthplace of my framework for sustainable clarity. Clarity occurs with systems that help find stability, protect your peace, and live from rhythm instead of rush.
Now I teach other high-achieving women what I had to learn the hard way:
✨ Excellence means nothing if you’re empty.
✨ You don’t need more strength. You need systems.
✨ Rest isn’t a reward. It’s a requirement.
