Give me 7 days, and I'll help you find the parts of YOU that have gotten buried under autism, find where they fit into the life you actually have, and start enjoying them again even when your child is right there.

Put YOU Back on the List™
PUT ME BACK ON THE LISTIn 7 days, start feeling like YOU again.
Imagine getting to the end of the week and realizing:
I did something I enjoy.
I used some of my time for ME.
I remembered things I like.
I stopped automatically giving every available moment back to autism.
And I did it without dropping what my child needed from me.
That's the goal of Put YOU Back on the List™.
Not a completely different life.
More YOU in the life you already have.
By Day 7, you'll have started creating real moments in your day that belong to you and you'll have your own go-to list of ways to keep doing it, even when your child is right there.
Seven days from now, I want you to be able to look at your life and say:
“There I am.”
I didn't learn this because autism was easy in our house.

I've been parenting my daughter, Kendall, for 25 years. She is autistic, has an intellectual disability, and has struggled with aggression and big behaviors.
There was the daycare that put her out.
There was the semester when her behaviors became so difficult that getting through the school day was a struggle.
And there were four years in an intensive behavior program that followed.
Those years required A LOT from me.
And everything I was reading seemed to tell me that being a good autism mom meant giving Kendall every available hour of me.
If I wanted 10 minutes for myself, I felt guilty.
If I wanted something that had nothing to do with autism, I questioned whether I should.
It felt like loving her well meant there should be less and less room for me.
I had to shake that guilt.
Because somewhere in the middle of appointments, school issues, behaviors, therapies, advocating, worrying, and figuring out what Kendall needed next, I realized something that became essential:
If I was going to do this for the long haul, I couldn't let autism consume all of me.
I had to learn how to keep Tanyika in my life too.
It took years for me to recognize the small choices, habits, and intentional shifts that helped me do that.
Put YOU Back on the List™ takes what those years taught me and gives you a place to start now.
